  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Marsupial Online ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Marsupial Online ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    If USPS is selected as the preferred shipping option, please note that we cannot guarantee tracking on these packages. The risk of loss or damage is assumed by the customer. If you would like to make sure your package is tracked and guaranteed, we recommend choosing UPS as your shipping option.



  • Return Policy

  • Please note that we do our very best to represent our paper colors and textures, but since every monitor shows color differently, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will exactly match the color of the product that is shipped to you. We recommend that you purchase a Master Swatchbook from our Extras section to have an actual piece of paper to see.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange only non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. If you would like for us to issue you a return tag via UPS Ground, we can do so and will deduct the cost of shipping from your credit. You are welcome to ship your products back to us using your own method, but all product must be returned in new condition for refund or exchange to be issued.
